Dennis Snow spent twenty-years “working for the mouse” at Walt Disney World, beginning his Disney career at the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Attraction. He eventually moved into a management position, managing various operating areas throughout the famous theme park. His early career at Disney created that first spark of interest in customer service that led him toward the principles readers will learn in his latest book, Lessons From the Mouse.

Dennis launched a division of the Disney Institute and was responsible for consulting with some of the world’s largest companies including AT&T, American Express and Coca Cola. This division quickly became the fastest growing venture of the Disney Institute and experienced repeat business of nearly 100%. Additionally, Dennis coordinated the Disney Traditions program which is universally recognized as a benchmark in corporate training. In his last year with Walt Disney World, Dennis’ leadership performance was ranked in the top 3% of the company’s leadership team.

Dennis embarked on a customer service path in those early years at Disney that evolved into a lifelong commitment to the ideas, principles and exercises found in his latest book, Lessons From the Mouse. Dennis brings his unique experience – much of it revealed in the content in this book – to everything he does in the areas of customer service excellence and leadership development. Now a full-time speaker, trainer, and consultant, Dennis is dedicated to helping organizations around the world achieve their goals in the areas of customer service, employee engagement, and leadership.

His first book, Unleashing Excellence: The Complete Guide to Ultimate Customer Service, has been used in organizations around the world as a blueprint for organizational excellence. Dennis can be reached at Dennis@Snowassociates.com.
